I: Darkness Calling

Set in the far western nation of Briee, a group of mixed-race people find themselves thrown in together in a rushed effort to stop war between two formerly peaceful nations. Led by a reformed Elven assassin, their risky plan to cut off the war at its head surprisingly succeeds, but reveals more questions than answers. Things escalate when a holy relic is discovered stolen, followed by the bellowing roar of an ancient, long-forgotten beast. While Briee may be safe, for now, on the horizon, beyond its shores, ripples of a hidden past draw together heroes that will take the journey that will define them as legend.

II: The Wrath of Crimson

Fresh off their victory at Regemont, the party of Briee lands in Eres Arandor, their neighboring continent. Here, a complicated divide between North and South indicate that all is not well among the brotherhood of men. Haunted by revenge, a northern leader seeks the source of his pain: Bertrand Arramor, the same who led the group to victory at home. While Bertrand’s past chases him, the group finds themselves hunted by Crimsonscale, the dragon awakened and now rampages across the land. Aided by a new ally, they seek refuge in the nearby Dwarven kingdom of Volruhm, which is merely the beginning of their horrors.

III: A Prince's Promise

After barely surviving their encounter with Crimson, the group seeks refuge and finds it in Paz, the world’s center of invention. Led by the enigmatic Prince of Paz, Decx Shiffley, the city offers desperately needed respite. News from home splits the group, leaving the party on their own. While Lessa refreshes her newly-remembered training, Warrick searches for answers buried in the thousands of Paz’s books and tomes, and Bertrand begins to find connections to his most painful memory.

IV: The Darkest Knight

Forced to leave their safe haven, Bertrand, Lessa, and the others head to Foramond. Their destination is the frozen wastelands far north, a place hidden from the rest of the world behind ice and snow. Again waylaid by complications, the group finds themselves off-course. As more breadcrumbs of a forgotten past are revealed, Bertrand finds himself forced to face off with his old friend. The future and past collide and it will change everything.

V: A King's Gambit

Cursed to cope with a startling truth, Lessa and the group find themselves back at their origin: Briee. Now, handed a title to speak to the world, she finds herself faced with accepting her identity and her responsibility to her people. The path now grows more treacherous, and Lessa quickly learns that title does not guarantee respect. She finds herself faced off against Darynn’s own criminal boss, the Lord of Spiders, and a stoic World Council that does not honor she, and Briee’s, humble approach for help. Afraid the delay may lose the final relic, Lessa must make a choice that will tempt fate.
